Great location and attentive service

I had a wonderful stay with a fantastic location near the Hofburg Palace and amazing breakfast options that included freshly made dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and remembered my preferences, which made the experience feel personalized. However, the breakfast service could be more organized as I encountered some delays during peak hours.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms featuring modern decor. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center and near Café Central for delightful breakfasts and desserts. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met swiftly, which is essential for a business traveler.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is just right for exploring the Hofburg Palace and the stunning St Stephen's Cathedral. The rooms were super comfy, and we loved the heated bathroom floors. It's convenient for getting around, too. I'd recommend checking out the city's Christmas markets if you're there during the holidays.

The Premium Room was spacious with a walk-in rain shower, minibar, and coffee machine. The air conditioning was effective, which was great in summer. Bar service was friendly, and the location was awesome, close to Cafe Central and Hofburg. The fitness center was a nice perk too. The sauna just needed to be warmer during working hours.

We loved staying in the Junior Suite with City View! The location was perfect, just a quick stroll to St Stephen’s Cathedral and amazing cafes. The staff were incredibly attentive and even helped us with our bags from the bar when we were getting ready for dinner.

My kids wished for a larger pool area for family fun.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like fast wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar lounge. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back next year!

I was taken by the good ambiance and the luxurious, spacious Premium Room. Each morning started perfectly with a complimentary minibar and early coffee, energizing me for a day in the heart of the city. Plus, being a stone's throw from the iconic Café Central meant I could indulge in its legendary coffee culture whenever I pleased!
